The present project concerns the redesign and refurbishment of the existing building envelope, including the replacement of the existing window and door frames, as well as the modernization of the restaurant’s interior spaces and the external bar area. The project also includes the upgrading of the building’s electromechanical installations.
The proposed interventions incorporate new bespoke furniture and finishes, utilizing high-quality materials such as wood veneers, solid timber, marble, and Dekton. The overall objective is to enhance the aesthetic character and functionality of the spaces while simultaneously improving their energy efficiency and overall performance.
