Construction of additional infrastructure to increase the accommodation capacity of the refugee centre located at Serres. The works include the installation of 20 new residential buildings with a capacity to accommodate 540 people and eight buildings of common use and administrative services (offices, laundries, workplaces, school, places of worship). The total area of living and working spaces is 6.350 sqm. The landscaping works include of 2 playgrounds, 2 volleyball courts and internal roadwork. Construction of a pumping station was also included. Area of intervention: 20 acres
