Construction of new building facilities for the upgrade of the existing infrastructure on a 46-acre site. The project involved the installation of 33 new residential units with a total area of 9,340 sq.m., accommodating 792 persons, 10 of which were constructed in compliance with accessibility standards for people with disabilities. In addition, 45 prefabricated units for common-use functions were installed, including offices, laundry facilities, and activity spaces. The site development works included the creation of plazas, playgrounds, basketball courts, a football field, as well as the construction of an internal road network.
