The project involves the interior layout of the new headquarters building of Piraeus Bank, located within the HUB-26 industrial park. The building consists of six levels— ground floor and five upper floors—with a total intervention area of 4,500 m². The floors are designed with open plan office spaces, enclosed offices, and meeting rooms, featuring glass soundproof partitions and movable walls, following the New Ways of Working (NWOW) standard. The ceilings incorporate perforated metal panels and linear lighting fixtures, with integrated LED strips and shading systems along the perimeter. The floors are raised, finished with vinyl and carpet coverings.
