Complete renovation of the 7th and 8th floors of the HOLIDAY INN hotel on Monastiriou Street, Thessaloniki, covering a total renovation area of 1,830 sq.m.
The project involved extensive demolition works, the complete reconfiguration of the floor layouts, and the installation of new MEP systems. The renovation also included the replacement of floor finishes, internal and external window and door frames, wall and ceiling finishes, as well as bespoke joinery throughout the guest rooms and corridors.
In addition, the building façade was upgraded and refurbished, including the installation of an external thermal insulation system, the replacement of glass balustrades, and the repair and cleaning of the marble surfaces across the entire façade.
