Reconstruction of the historical HEN listed building and conversion into the new Eurobank offices. The building underwent extensive external restoration works including the replacement of the wooden frames and repair works of the decorative elements and façade. The interior works consisted of a complete reconfiguration of all spaces to create a contemporary work environment. These spaces include: reception and lobby space, open space offices, sound proof individual offices, meeting rooms with acoustic glass partitions and soundproof ceilings, kitchen spaces in every floor, auxiliary rooms, bathrooms and MEP spaces. The works included wooden and marble cladding and flooring, carpet flooring installation, custom furniture, installation of decorative and functional lighting, complete EM installation including, data, air conditioning and fire protection system.
