Complete renovation and preservation of 3 listed buildings part of the old Thessaloniki gas plant. The buildings will house region council offices and the regional conference hall with ancillary facilities. The centre includes office spaces, insulated press rooms, bathrooms and auxiliary spaces and has been equipped with high performance acoustic absorption panels and equipment. The works include interior arrangements, installation of frames, new IT installations, replacement of networks and restoration of coatings.
