Project Description

Construction of additional infrastructure to increase the accommodation capacity of the refugee centre located at Ritsona. Installation of 222 new residential buildings with a capacity to accommodate 1536 people, nine of which catering to disabled people and two common use buildings (offices, laundries, workplaces) with a total area of living and working space of 10.945 sqm. The landscaping works include 2 playgrounds, 2 basketball courts, 1 soccer field and roadworks. The Sewage Treatment Plant was additionally expanded. Area of intervention: 50 acres
