The company
Our company, ARKETIPO IKE, was founded in 1991. It is managed by Christodoulos Tolis, Civil Engineer, MBA, and Marilina Toli, Architect Engineer, PhD, and is based in Thessaloniki. It operates in the field of construction of hotel facilities, commercial stores and offices, residences, buildings with special requirements, as well as industrial buildings. In addition, we provide building maintenance and E/M systems services, along with project management solutions.

Project Sectors
Our company is active in a wide range of construction projects, including the erection of new buildings, the renovation of existing spaces, the restoration and maintenance of preserved buildings, as well as the installation and maintenance of electromechanical (E/M) systems. To provide comprehensive project support, we maintain a specialized department for construction organization and management, as well as a design department responsible for the preparation and support of implementation studies.

We collaborate with hotel chains, banking institutions, domestic and multinational companies, industrial units, as well as governmental and non-governmental organizations.
Implementation of certified
management systems
Since 2007 we have developed and implemented the Quality Management System EN ISO 9001: 2015 regarding the implementation of construction projects and renovations, facility management and maintenance services, electromechanical applications, sustainable construction and energy building upgrades.
In addition, our company implements both ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
